Windows Error Code 613
'Invalid compression specified.'
This is a modem error.
I'd suggest turning off compression for the modem if you can from modem properties.
Remove the init string, or change to a different init string.
Also if you just added an init string for the modem, change the K value to &K0 or K3
You could try reinstalling the modem as per manufacturers instructions.
