Windows Error Code 20 --- The system cannot find the device specified.
This error usually indicates an error trying to communicate with the modem.
1. reboot the machine and try again, making sure no other programs are using the modem
2. possibly reinstall the modem using the original modem drivers disk (uninstall/reboot/reinstall modem).
3. possibly uninstall/reinstall dial up networking (DUN)
